The Centre has function of technical management on National water resources monitoring network, update data, manage Water resources monitoring database; supply and exchange information, announcement, warning and prediction of water resources in whole country. The Centre can sign water resources consultal and relating consunytal serveices with organisation and person in Viet Nam and in abroad.
